The application and $100 fee (or $140 if you are NOT yet a TFMA member) must be received in the TFMA Executive Office no later than Monday, April 21, 2009 to allow time for processing. The application form is available at the CFM Forms page.
MAKE SURE you are notified that you have been APPROVED to take the exam before you arrive in Galveston. |
