When you join, the system uses FIRSTNAMELASTNAME as your user name (no space, "official" first name - not nickname or middle name)

When you join, the system uses the ZIP CODE YOU GAVE US for the password (this is usually 5 digits, but can be the 9-digit ZIP+4 if that's what you sent us on your membership information). For most people, this is the work ZIP code.

If you have changed jobs and have NOT paid dues or notified us since then, the work ZIP will still be the OLD address.
